24 Charcot
2021-202424 Charcot is a high-end office space on the 4th floor of a mixed-use building in Paris’s 13th arrondissement.
The project began with an unusual challenge : the floor and its ceiling had suffered severe water damage caused by construction defects from a previous development. We managed the full judicial expertise process alongside legal counsel, identified the source of the damage, resolved it, and successfully obtained insurance reimbursement from the SMA BTP — a process that ran from 2021 to 2024.
Once the space was restored, we led a complete fit-out : architectural design with Nicolas Bossard Architecture, technical consultant selection, construction supervision and bespoke furniture specification, transforming a damaged shell into a high-end, move-in ready workspace.
The property was sold fully completed, with broker coordination handled in-house. Post-completion support was also managed directly, maintaining strong relationships with both the buyer and neighboring occupants throughout.
