Our Services

We can assist before you’ve even signed, joining selected viewings when needed, assessing each property’s potential, constraints, and fit with your vision and budget.
We work with you to define your needs (layout, number of rooms, special features, etc.) and translate them into a clear project brief with a realistic timeline and a detailed cost breakdown by trade, helping you prioritise where your budget matters most.
Depending on the scope of the project, we either identify and appoint the right architect or interior designer, or handle the plans and 3D renderings ourselves. For larger projects such as villas or extensions, we also coordinate the relevant technical consultants (structural engineer, MEP specialists and others) as required. Where planning permission is needed, we manage the full permitting process.
We manage the tender process, analyse offers, and appoint the right contractors for your project.
We oversee the works on a weekly basis, chairing site meetings and keeping you informed at every stage.
We guide you through every design decision: materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture. When needed, we accompany you to showrooms and suppliers, or coordinate selections independently if you prefer to fully delegate.
We manage the final delivery and remain available in the months following completion to coordinate any remaining adjustments.

For each of them, we were involved from the very start, joining viewings before acquisition, advising on purchase negotiations, defining the project brief, drawing the plans and 3D renderings ourselves, selecting materials and finishes, and supervising every phase of the works through to handover.
