Some people discover their passion through time. Jessica Berdah was born with hers.

At 8 years old, her bedroom was already a construction site. While other kids played with toys, Jessica was spending hours building entire worlds out of whatever materials she could find. Because even then, space, structure and art were the only things that truly drove her.

Samples of various textured and colored wall materials, including paint and plaster, arranged in overlapping sheets with a KEM EXCLUSIV branding booklet placed among them.

For Jessica, technical rigor and aesthetic vision were never opposites. The most extraordinary spaces are born exactly where the two meet.

She spent 3 years at Bouygues Bâtiment as a works supervisor, learning construction from the ground up and managing teams of subcontractors on some of Paris’s most complex sites.

Then 6 years as a project manager at ESPRIMM, a Parisian luxury real estate developer, where she led high-end residential and heritage renovation projects from first plans to final handover.

That conviction led her to ESTP Paris, one of France’s most prestigious civil engineering schools, and then to a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Nottingham, always with one goal in mind: to build, at the highest level, anywhere in the world.

Two construction workers, a woman and a man, at a construction site wearing orange safety vests and orange hard hats. The woman is adjusting or inspecting some equipment while the man observes.

Elance is her next chapter. Built on 9 years of French expertise, and rooted in a lifelong dream to create something of her own, in the country that she always knew would be home.
